Benjamin Eleganti is a business psychologist based in the Canton of St. Gallen. Wave Consulting is his practice: psychologically grounded advice for people and small businesses who need clarity, structure, and decisions that hold.
The work spans three focuses — Life for private individuals, Business for SMEs, and Digital for websites and AI that become usable in daily work. Same depth of psychology, delivered with a simple, professional structure.
